Exhibit Booth Spaces, Vendors, Concessions and RV Hookups

  • Inside exhibit space - 8'x10' with electricity:  $150 each/ $50 Non- Refundable Reservation Fee. 
      Reservation Fee will be applied to the $150. 

  • Outside exhibit space (includes electricity and water):  $250 with / $50 Non- Refundable Reservation Fee. Reservation Fee will be applied to the $250.

  • Non-Refundable Reservation Fee must be paid in order to Reserve Space.

  • RV/Camper Hook-ups: $50 with electricity, water and sewer or $40 with electric, water, no sewer.


  
Note:  All spaces are reserved on availability of spaces. 
All reservations with fees paid in full, must be received by September 1. 
  
  
  
1.  Early set up:  Sunday, Sept. 17th from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm.
     Early set up:  Monday, Sept. 18th  from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
     Set up deadline: No later than Tuesday, Sept 19th at 8:00 pm.

2.  Tear down: Sunday Sept. 24th, 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm.

3.  Commercial building will open Wednesday - Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

4.  Commercial building will be locked/secured at night.

5.  Food or drinks will not be sold or served in the commercial building.

6.  Food vendors will be assigned a specific time to set trailers to avoid parking issues. 
     Each vendor is responsible for removing all items and cleaning space and placing all boxes and trash in the dumpster.

7.  Food vendors are not permitted to sell cotton candy, candied apples, caramel apples or funnel cakes.

8.  There are limited number of trailer hookups for campers available to be rented on a weekly basis at the rate of $50 and $40.      Spaces will be assigned when rent is paid.
